Bodhisattva Circle
Healthy Mahayana Buddhism
Bodhisattva Circle is a community of practitioners founded and taught by Holly Gayley and Loden Nyima in 2018. It’s purpose is to foster a genuine, healthy, and responsive Mahayana drawing from classic sources engaged in contemporary society. We see the Bodhisattva path as a joyful, empowering, and ever-expanding opportunity to live true to form, and to be the change we want to see until all living beings are free.
Our cornerstone is a two to four week retreat each year called Mahayana Summer Seminar, where we join intensive meditation practice, study, and community. We offer other events throughout the year as well.
We are preceptors for the Refuge and Bodhisattva Vows, and have begun to offer them in retreats.
