Meditation for Everyone

Events Listed Below

Meditation is a healthy and natural activity that everyone can do.

It’s about making peace with ourselves, rejuvenating from the turmoil of life, and reclaiming our wholeness and freedom.

You do not need to be interested in a religion to meditate, and people from any and all religions are warmly welcome to meditate.

Meditation for Everyone is authentic meditation offered openly for whatever role it plays in your life.

We recently completed one in the beautiful Texas Hill Country! We’re working on the next one and will post dates soon.

With the pace of life these days, we’re all in need of a bit of rejuvenation, space, and peace.

The good news is, these are our birthright, and long to come out.

Silent Meditation Weekends offer a gentle and supportive immersion into practice, and a relief from the demands of daily life. More information here

Meditation practice is becoming ever more popular among health care practitioners, and it’s been an honor to teach and support many who meditate as part of their own wellness. Click here to read what some have said. You may also enjoy this page by the Mayo Clinic on the some of the benefits of meditation. Please know you’re very welcome, especially if the stress of the past years is part of what brings you to sit.
